Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to Tecmify’s error.
